Looking Back on 30 Years in Radio

On July 9, 2023, I officially retired from radio after 30 years of broadcasting.

It began when I was fifteen, doing 4-H community event reports on KVRE 1460 AM in Santa Rosa in 1970. From there it took me through KCPR at Cal Poly, KSRO 1350 AM, 95.9 The Krush, nine years at KXFX 101.7 The Fox, and the original lineup at Magic 97.7 Oldies, and 97.7 The River Classic Rock for the North Bay in Sonoma County.

Radio was an incredible journey. I'll always be grateful for the chance to play music that made people happy, and I'm honored to have been that familiar voice that delivered it to you.
